RSS: your RSS reader should be able to find a feed for this site. If you aren’t familiar with RSS, it’s a non-social-media non-email way to follow websites. You can try for example the browser extension Feedbro, which is the one I use.
WordPress: if you log in with a WordPress account you should be able to subscribe to notifications.
